The prints can be done on a film, CD or be e-mailed to you.

Preventive pediatric dentistry aims to prevent the occurrence of dental disease and parodontium together with other structures in the mouth.

The health of mouth and teeth is the base of the general health; therefore there is no true health without oral health.

It is very important to adopt the habit of regular visits. By regular check-ups twice a year, unless advised differently by your dentist, it is possible to prevent almost any disease of the mouth and teeth, or at least discover them in the early stages and begin the appropriate treatment.

The task of pediatric dentistry is:

1. To prevent and treat any clinical manifestation of pathological processes in the mouth
2. To follow the growth of both the milk and permanent teeth.
3. Fluoridation of teeth in order to boost the resilience to caries and to encourage mineralisation of teeth.
4. Creating trust in children and willingness to accept dental procedures.
5. Advising both children and their parents on how to take care of their chewing apparatus

We use the latest methods of fissure filling as a safe and painless procedure in the protection of the first permanent molars from cavities as well as in the treatment of the new permanent teeth.

Our aim is to make our little patients feel relaxed and adopt a positive attitude towards their dentist even during their first visit.

Conservative dentistry (better known as ‘reparation’) is an area of dentistry that deals with restoration of teeth with caries lesions, changes in shape and color of teeth and broken teeth, in order to restore their original appearance and function.

We offer various best quality materials and techniques depending on each individual clinical case, which is why we use composite fillings (white) and inlays (composite, porcelain and gold) in restoration.

Inlay replaces the part of a tooth lost due to caries or some other damage, and is made based on the impression of the tooth so that it perfectly matches the cavity. Inlay is made in a dental laboratory, whereas it is applied in the surgery.

Endodontics is an area of dentistry that deals with the treatment of root canals. The most common indications for this treatment are large cavities or traumas where the dental nerve is damaged.

Endodontic treatment includes removal of the infected or inflamed pulp (dental nerve), treatment of the canal and filling with certain medications.

Each endodontic treatment is followed by the means of diagnostic equipment such as Roentgen equipped RVG probe and apex locator to measure the length of the root canal.  In the treatment of the diseased pulp we use the latest machine technology which provides a high level of success in the treatment of all of the groups of teeth.

The treatment can take from one to several visits depending on the type of the disease.

We offer all kinds of service in the prosthetic treatment of the patients. Fixed, mobile or combined prosthetic work, as well as prosthetics on the tooth implants. We also offer temporary solutions for this period of prosthetic treatment so that our patients are never left without teeth and therefore their social life does not have to suffer.

All the prosthetic treatments are done in the shortest time possible using the latest methods and materials.

Mobile prosthesis (dentures): acrylic dentures (complete and partial) skeleton (wizil) prosthesis, walplast prosthesis (elastic prosthesis).

Fixed prosthetic work: metal-porcelain bridges and crowns, zirconia bridges and crowns (non-metal porcelain) veneers

Combined work: prosthesis with crowns, various types of attachments, telescopic crowns.

Implants – Dental implants are installed in a surgical procedure into the bone of either the upper or the lower jaw thus replacing the missing root of a tooth. In a dental procedure that follows afterwards, a superstructure, or a crown is made. The implants can be needed due to one or more teeth missing, as well as to replace all the teeth.

When one tooth is missing with the neighbouring teeth being healthy, the implant is an ideal solution as it avoids the need for bridges and filing of the healthy teeth bearers. When more teeth are missing, by two or more implants in the toothless region, we create a possibility for bridges (fixed prosthesis) which the implants would bear. If all the teeth are missing, the implants provide a possibility for the fixed prosthesis so that complete dentures can be replaced by fixed porcelain bridges, or else by having several implants installed, the stability of the complete prosthesis can be achieved.

Dental implants are made of titanium and are completely safe. We use several implant systems: Straumann, BioHorizons, B&B, Isomed and IMTEC.  We also do mini implants.

The success rate of implants is over 95%. The procedure is done in a local anesthesia and is completely pain-free.

Oral surgery – involves surgical treatment of the dental disease and soft tissue of the mouth. We offer all kinds of oral-surgery:

• Routine tooth extraction
• Root extraction
• Extraction of the teeth that have not grown out fully and half grown teeth
• Apicoectomy and cystectomy
• Pre-prosthesis surgical interventions (even – out the alveolar ridge, plastic of vestibular crevice, removal of the hypertrophic soft tissue and reimplantation).

All of the procedures are performed in a local anesthesia and are completely painless.

Orthodontic treatment involves taking care of irregularities in the growth and jaw development as well as irregularities in the position of the teeth during lifetime.

In orthodontic therapy we use two groups of braces: mobile and fixed.

Depending on whether it is milk or permanent teeth and the age of the patient as well as the kind of the problem that is to be solved, we offer mobile or fixed braces.

The fixed orthodontic braces use brackets that can be classic – metal, esthetic – transparent or the same colour as the teeth. They can also be lingual braces (from the inner side of the teeth so that they do not show).

Parodontopathy is a chronic disease which leads to loss of the supportive tissue of the tooth (tissue that connects the tooth and the bone). As a result of this the teeth become loose and finally fall out.

Removal of the plaque as well as curettage of the periodontal pockets are done in the treatment of this disease, while in more serious cases a flap surgery is needed.

Flap surgery is a surgical procedure which is mostly used in treatment of parodontopathy. It is often necessary to use artificial bone in order to fill in the defects created due to inflammation.

Teeth whitening – There are several methods of teeth whitening although basically it is just two different methods we are talking about: whitening at home and whitening in the surgery.

With the method of home-whitening patients are given their own individual splint and whitening gel which they apply at night whereas we control the results during regular checkups.

For the whitening process, we use the ZOOM lamp. Before the treatment we establish the color of the teeth to compare the results later. One 60-minute treatment is enough to make your teeth truly white.

There is also a possibility of whitening only particular teeth which have turned a darker shade due to endodontic treatment (devitalised teeth).

Both of these whitening methods are completely safe and with proper oral hygiene the results are long-lasting.

Mesotherapy is a medical procedure of injecting various active substances (vitamins, minerals, amino-acids, etc.) using microinjections into different layers of the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

Facial wrinkles, sagging dehydrated skin of the face and neck, arms, bust, disorders in pigmentation, hair-loss, are just some of the indications for mesotherapy. It is also a great choice to get rid of localized fat and the most stubborn layers of cellulite.
